LASER ALIGNMENT

Misaligned shafts in rotating machinery are a significant cause of breakdowns — resulting in premature wear of couplings, bearings, shaft or seal failures and other faults caused by excessive vibration
​& heat.

Accurately aligning machine shafts will reduce break downs and increase the service life of your equipment, significantly reducing costs through reduction in equipment down time, increased efficiency and lowered energy usage.

• We provide the latest technology in the laser alignment of shafts and coupling drive connections
• Shaft position and alignment errors are measured and corrected using 2 and 4 axis alignment readings, and corrected using stainless steel shims
• Comprehensive report (pdf) is supplied following alignment corrections
